There are many ways you can make a difference in somebody’s life. Your contribution is highly valued
How was your day today? Perhaps you must have had a satisfying meal sitting in the comfort of your home, feeling secure with your family.
You may be surprised to know that many in our local community are less fortunate to enjoy a “Satisfying meal”, “Comfort of a home” and “secure family” – often women and children. It might not seem obvious, but these three factors go hand in hand to build strong, cohesive and thriving communities.
No matter what the reasons are, K Community Foundation is standing with the vulnerable and striving to provide outreach support to those who are facing difficulties.
We’re not here for short-term fixes. We aim to find sustainable solutions so that people can change their lives for good.
We have a small ask, will you help us get there?
Our Impact
Sunday Supper Club & Homeless Hostel Support
Our Sunday Supper Club is an effort to ensure no one goes hungry. We believe in creating a society where no one should be homeless and address the growing problem of hunger among the homeless. The supper club runs every Sunday evening on King Street Maidenhead, Berkshire. The idea is simple – gather people together, make them comfortable with a delicious hot meal, do something good and help those in need. The team also delivers hot meals to the local homeless hostel.
Since 2019, we have distributed hot meals one day a week with contributions and support from the local community. Our Sunday Supper club is run by the local community for the local community. We are looking to extend this effort to cover more days in a week. We need your continuous support and donations. Please visit our donations page to make a donation.
Food Parcel
Our emergency food bank provides nutritionally balanced emergency food, monthly grocery and self care packs to local people who are in crisis.
Continuously increasing cost of living is the primary reason for people to fall in a crisis situation compounded by personal circumstances like job loss, low income and or unexpected bills.
This situation is becoming more common now. Any support goes a long way and makes a huge difference. We are continuously looking for donation to run this popular service and need your support and donations. Please visit our donations page to make a donation
Children Living in Poverty
We strongly believe that every child deserves a healthy, happy and safe childhood to break the cycle of poverty and be well prepared for life.
Statistics has shown that the most disadvantaged children fall at least two years behind their peers when they come to sit their GCSEs.
We at K Community Foundation support a group of young children with weekly lunches and regular food parcels.

Hospital Food Pantry
We recognize the crisis situations in hospital setups. This is our way of supporting hospital staff who are struggling to cope in this crisis situation caused by high inflation, low income and rising energy costs.
Figures suggest that the most experienced front-line nurses are thousands of pounds worse off per year now than ten years ago due to wages failing to keep up with the rate of inflation
We at K Community Foundation are striving to help those healthcare staff to beat the current economic conditions and continue their service unhindered.
